SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All orders generally ship within 3-5 business days.
Returns will only be accepted on full-price merchandise if we are emailed within 5 business days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition and in it's original packaging.
Please email us within 5 business days of receive your order and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Inspection of Items Timeframe
Sometimes items don't make it to their final destination in a perfect state or perhaps something was missed by quality control. Don't fret! We want your items to be perfect. That's why we give you up to five calendar days to open and inspect your items and make a claim. To file a claim, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of any damage or imperfections. All claims must be made within five days of receiving your item(s) or they will not be honored.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, less 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale or discounted items (items purchased with a discount or coupon code) are final sale.
